I'll be able to get a few workouts before leaving for Europe for vacation. They have better control over the heat.  I was glad that I made it through all the postures although I've been away for a few weeks on vacation. Argh.  However, the instructor was 15 minutes late. This worked out very well for me. It gave me the time to stretch and limber up.  Perhaps that is the reason that I sweated profusely today.  Dripping. Usually my towel is relatively dry.Lynne is probably my favorite instructor right now. She is very kind and loving when she teaches her class. It is amazing how much you pick up from a person's words and what is in their voice.Arrived late.  Had to call in to tell them I was arriving late. I left in time but it's a 40 minute drive and there was road congestion.  I almost missed the entire first pose.  It makes a huge difference. But it was great. My lower back a little strained because I just did a class yesterday at 4pm. And walked 75 minutes with best buddy, Nayda. My sister flew in with the kids and we met at my brother's house. Mom and dad came.  Got some video and photos. Mom and dad aren't doing very well and you never know if these might end up being the last photos of all of us together. My dad has really declined since Christmas.  He seemed very tired.
