Wow. And to think that I almost decided to not go to Bikram because we were out of town for one night with family and it seemed like I'd be gone too long blah blah blah.... If I had not gone I would have missed a great class. I never worked out so hard on Standing Deep Breathing before (1st posture).
As I was facing right in warrior pose, Liz told me to turn my right foot out more. I thought it was okay. So when I made that adjustment, I was able to remain stable and go further into the posture. yay.
Small studio. The shower is outside. It's just a shower head. So I showered in my yoga clothes which is more efficient I suppose. As I was showering in the cold water, outside, with my back to the cars in the parking lot.... I imagined what it might be like to live here and go to this studio, everyone waiting to use the one hose with shower head...
