6:15 w/Joe

Had a good class though I feel like we are at the racetrack with Joe. I like high energy but not to the point where it is a distraction from focus on the posture. At an energetic level, it seems to me that Joe's style is more about him though I don't think that he feels that way. It's just a matter of evolving into the practice. Lynn is very much into the yoga itself. You can feel the difference.

I'm looking forward to vacation and the opportunity to focus more on diet and yoga not to mention a different time where there will be different instructors... ☺

I'm fitting in to my fat clothes again (ha ha) and am happy to be moving in the right direction. The weight loss is the beginning, the ultimate goal is shining health.
