Back to Bikram - w/Lynn
Yay. It felt so good. I did all the postures. I can still feel a little (sciatica?) in the hips but I was able to do the situps between the postures and everything. Well, according to my ability. Lynn is a very good teacher. About 7 of us in the 10am class this morning. It also felt good because I've lost a little weight now and could tell the difference. I'm looking forward to summer vacation (soon!) where I will be able to go every morning. My plan is to go six days a week.
