Today's Smoothie

I just made this one up. I will start using the ones that Jeff has in his smoothie book. Some of those are more veggies than fruits. It will be a change since I usually make the smoothie first thing in the morning and have grown accustomed to fruit mixed in it.

2c unsweetened coconut milk
2 large leaves of Swiss Chard
1.5 c papaya with seeds (because it was in the fridge)
1.5 c raspberries
additional water for consistency of smoothie

I'm trying coconut milk for creaminess since Jeff said that bananas were too yin for most people.
